A 12-Week Nervous System Practice Series

A guided series designed to help your body move out of chronic stress and reconnect with itself through simple, consistent nervous system practices.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll receive a 15–20 minute guided nervous system reset recording each week, along with a supportive email explaining the purpose behind that week’s practice and how it supports your nervous system.

Throughout the series you’ll experience practices such as:

• Breathwork for regulation
• Vagus nerve support techniques
• Deep relaxation practices
• Gentle energy healing

These practices work together to help your body gradually relearn regulation and safety.

Each week you’ll receive a new 15–20 minute nervous system reset practice, delivered directly to your inbox so you can move through the series at a supportive pace.
