Appointment Policies
Refunds, Rescheduling, & Cancellations
No refunds, for any reason.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to start of scheduled appointment.
If rescheduling with at least 48-hours’ notice you will need to book and complete the rescheduled appointment within 30 days of the original canceled appointment.
If you repeatedly cancel and reschedule appointments your practitioner reserves the right to refuse working with you and no refunds will be issued.
If you do not cancel an appointment with at least 48-hours’ notice, you forfeit your appointment and you will not receive a refund or be permitted to reschedule.
If you’ve purchased any program with 1:1 session(s), you must complete those sessions with your practitioner within 12 calendar months after purchase. After 12 months, your practitioner reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of the sessions.
