How Sessions Work

It begins with a grounded presence. Liz creates a space where you feel fully seen and safe to be exactly where you are — no judgment, no pressure. You can bring the messy, unfiltered truth, and it’s met with quiet confidence and compassion.

During a session, you may notice a subtle shift — an almost wobbly feeling — as the energy begins to move. It can feel strange, like there’s a part of you that doesn’t belong anymore… and it’s ready to leave. This is the deep energetic work in motion: releasing what your mind can’t talk you out of.

By the end, there’s a lightness. A grounded relief. You’ve not only been heard and understood — you’ve been guided through real change, in real time. Liz’s approach isn’t about endlessly processing your story. It’s about identifying the root, clearing it, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

Initial Sessions: 75 minutes ($288) — allows time for deep intake, energetic assessment, and healing followed by recommendations for optimal transformation.

Follow-Up Sessions: 50 minutes ($222) — focused clearings that follow your initial session with integration to keep you moving towards your healing journey.
