A New Season of Healing

Spring is in the air! The sweet fragrance of flowers and budding trees are beginning to permeate our homes.

Like the changing of seasons, we are constantly evolving as well. Nature calls to us to fall in step with her natural ways. In summer, we spend more time outside, staying up late and connecting with loved ones. In the fall, we cozy up and begin the process of slowing down. Come winter, we spend more time inside resting and going inward. Spring is like a breath of fresh air. It adds a little extra pep in our step as we begin to emerge from our cocoons and explore the outdoors again.

There’s something so grounding and refreshing about attuning to the earth and her natural ways. Spring brings with it an air of new possibility, new beginnings and a refreshed sense of Being.

As we clean our homes, the sun shines light on corners and behind furniture illuminating the dust we must have left behind. Dust we must have missed or somehow overlooked. So often we do our best – to clean out those dark, hard-to-reach spaces and just when you think you got it all – there’s more.
